Last Saturday we were asked to preform an exciting 5 minute Kenpo demonstration at the half time break of The Natioal League game between McEvoy's Cavan Eagles and The Pheonix Rockets, it was a thriller! The Eagles were aheah for most of the game but after the mid time break fell behind. After two very exciting, nail biting, edge of seat quarters McEvoy's Cavan Eagles claimed victory, 66 to 59. Awesome.
Students from Cavan Kenpo Karate Academy preformed an exciting skillful display of their Kenpo in front of a crowd of over 500 people. We had representation from our three clubs, Ballyjamesduff, Mullagh and Virginia. A fantastic display of power, focus, discipline and skill. The brown belts took on the leadership roll and enthusiastically led the team forward. All our team from the smallest to the biggest, the youngest to the oldest demonstrated true warrior spirit with focused
determination and enthusiasm. I am so very proud of each of you. I applaud you and your dedicated parents. I have received many compliments and much applause which I share with you all.
