It is a wonderful time of year when we think of others and what we can give them. Perhaps we can can spare some time to consider those, in our community, less fortunate than ourselves. SVP volunteers work very hard trying to help those of us who are struggling, or have fallen on hard times. Could you spare a few Euro to help provid food, heat or presents to those looking for help this Christmas. We at Cavan Kenpo Karate Academy, that's you, have always strived to give back! Every year we have either donated to the food bank or made financial donations. Please help us continue this wonderful tradition. In our shop, just look for the SVP logo, you can purchase a bag of coal €25, help with a meal €50 or contribute to some presents €100. There is not much time left, could we make €500 or even €1000?
