Cavan Kenpo Karate Academy's annual Christmas SVP Appeal is now open. It is getting colder and harder to heat homes! Money that is scarce does not have the same buying power this year. We are all feeling the pinch, but some more than others! Can you spare some to share with those who need it more! Would you buy a bag of coal: €25. Can you buy a meal: €50.
