(Lock hips into FORWARD BOWS with front leg lean & proper weapon formation)

 

  • 5th Tip  Up to Downward Block, Punch 

(Lock hips into FORWARD BOWS with front leg lean & proper weapon formation)

 

  • 6th Tip  Up to 3 In & Outward Blocks 

(Executed from a NEUTRAL BOW with proper weapon formation)

 

  • 7th Tip  Up to 3 Up & Downward Blocks 

(Executed from a NEUTRAL BOW with proper weapon formation)

 

  • 8th Tip  Up to Isolation in a Horse Stance
