  • 5th  Tip  Up to 2nd Front Crossover & Overhead Punch 

(Demonstrating FRONT CROSSOVERS & STEP THROUGHS to the FINGER POKES)

 

  • 6th Tip   Up to Twist Stances and Outward Overhead Elbows
